Orders may be cancelled and a full refund obtained by notifying your Miglio Consultant within 14 days of the order or delivery, whichever is the later. Miglio is unable to take back pierced Earrings for health reasons.

Miglio guarantees that every item of Jewellery is perfectly processed, providing it has been purchased from Miglio UK or a Miglio UK registered agent.

Miglio UK will replace any item within 60 days of purchase providing that it has not been subjected to any force or improper treatment. Miglio is unable to replace pierced Earrings unless their is a clear manufacturing fault

Goods should be returned through the Consultant from whom they were purchased. This does not effect your statutory rights.
